The New Economy

The old system is broken. Competition, the last one standing gets all the marbles.

Here’s a proposal for how we play a different game. Cooperation, there’s plenty for everyone.

It starts with YOU if:

  • You have a skill you want to use for helping people so the world becomes a better place.

  • You’re ready to take up space in the world as your actual self, not a smaller, masked or watered-down version of you. I’m not talking about pretending you’re bigger than you are, like some with inflated egos or delusional self-worth. Just be as full and powerful as you truly are, and have always been.

  • You’re willing to love people with plenty of money. Whether they’re already part of your network, or people you know have access to people like this. Either way, you know you can find them since they are everywhere.

This won’t work if you think money is bad, or if you think people with plenty of money are bad. Because we’ll need you to become one of them for the New Economy to take hold.

Now YOU get to play the new game:

  1. Create a business or career that aligns with your authentic vision for yourself and the world, that pays you Plenty of money.

  2. People who authentically love their work share authentically about their work, attracting people with Plenty of money to pay you Plenty of money.

  3. Now that your work life contributes both personal fulfillment and Plenty of money, you’re more free to live joyfully in the world. Fulfilled people have space to heal more deeply, connecting with love for self and others.

  4. Fulfilled people no longer consume for fulfillment or ego. Live simply so you’ll have Plenty of excess after taking care of your needs and wants.

  5. Fulfilled people with Plenty of money no longer hoard money from fear. Design your trickle-down system as the generous person you’ve always wanted to be, and sharing the ripple effects in your community:

    • Hire help: Avail yourself of all the business support, personal development programs, spiritual teachers, health and wellness practitioners who keep you at highest-self peak performance. Who helps you stay grounded in mission and sovereignty as your impact and revenue grows?

    • Activist Spending: Choose smaller local vendors and collaborators who align with your values in the course of doing business. These are the people who will pay it forward in your community like you, so the ripple of impact will grow faster.

    • Activist Entrepreneurship: Use the excess from Plenty of money received to offer your service to people with less money at a lower investment, so more people are helped in the world. See what the world looks like when your service is delivered at scale. Explore new possibilities when your service helps people from diverse backgrounds. Your service may just help these people become people like you: Fulfilled and earning Plenty of money, creating this New Economy.

    • Philanthropy: love of people: As business grows, use the excess of that Plenty of money received to donate to causes related to your field or help a compelling local community cause that connects you with more people you can help with your skills or service.

AND the best news is that WE get to play the new game together. Imagine dozens then hundreds then thousands of fulfilled generous people understanding the assignment of collective healing:

  1. Build community among your customers who share a common problem and enjoyed your type of solution. Help them find each other so your support moves from 1:1 to a collective web. Make it easy for them to introduce you to their friends, so you can help them too.

  2. Engage in communities that help you stay grounded as a whole human on a beautiful journey, not merely as your job title for a productive outcome. MAKE AND NURTURE ALIGNED FRIENDSHIPS.

  3. Form networks with others in your field to become a mutual referring resource connecting trusted colleagues with your community. Make it a habit to tell people where to find the help they seek because you want to help people succeed.

  4. Create collaborations that are win-win-win for all collaborators, customers, and the world. Bring your customer community to know your trusted colleague community, sharing resources because there’s plenty for everyone.

  5. Cross-pollinating the wisdom of passionate leaders in a field will speed the thoughtwork exponentially, leading to individually unthinkable innovations.

If this is a game you want to play or are already playing in some way, reach out so we can dream together. If you’re somewhere in this chain and want to build another part of it, I have a huge network of trusted professionals already signed up to support you getting there. The darkness of today is only overcome through hope in collective action.
